Customers should be aware that these are fresh food items sent in transit, therefore some breakages or settling may occur to our products and we will not refund any orders if this occurs.
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Sugar Rush To You LTD.
2. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unfit for Human Consumption. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact a member of our Customer Care Team.
3. We do not offer Returns on any products due to Heath & Safety as we are unable to re-sell any food items due to Hygiene Purposes.
4. We ask all customers to keep products they wish to claim a refund for, we may ask to see photographic evidence of any complaints or to post the product back to us for inspection. Do not dispose of your product/s until advised by a member of our Customer Care Team.
5. Postage & Packaging Charges will not be refunded on orders unless all the products received are unfit for Human Consumption, or the products have been drastically damaged in transit. We will not refund any products that have broken or cracked in transit.
6. Once a refund has been authorised by our Customer Care Team, please allow up to 7 days for the payment to clear.
7. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher or at a reduced price, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
