Q: Where do you deliver? 

A: We deliver nationwide! Local Customers who live in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Hellingly, Pevensey, Bexhill, St Leonards, Hastings, Battle, Ore and all surrounding areas will receive their order hand delivered. Customers outside our delivery area will receive their order via Postage/Courier. 

Q: Do You Cater for Allergies?

A: We are very sorry but at the moment we do not currently cater for customers with allergies, this is due to all our products being made and packaged in the same kitchen, where cross contamination may occur. 

Q: How Can I Pay? 

A: Hand Delivered orders to our Local area can be paid for via the secure payment option on our website or choose to pay cash or card on delivery, this is under "Offline Payment" at the checkout

Orders that are placed via the website for Postage will need to be paid for via card / Paypal to confirm the order before we ship your items; If you have selected "Offline Payment" at the checkout your order will be cancelled and you will need to replace the order and pay online.

A: How long will my order keep for? 

Q: All items are freshly baked from scratch. Most our items will last 1/2 weeks and all items will be labelled with a best before date. Items that require refrigeration such as Cheesecakes or Custard will have a 2 - 4 Day use by date depending on the ingredients used. 

Q: Can I order a larger portion? 

A: Yes of course, we offer discounts on full trays of all our items, perfect for family gatherings, parties or wholesale. 

Q: What are your opening times?

A: We are open from 9AM - 11PM 7 days a week. We try to respond to all customers within 24 hours. 

Q: When will I get my order?

A: For Local Customers your order will be delivered on the nominated day of delivery depending on your area. Our delivery times are between 5pm - 9pm. We deliver on a route basis as we cover a large area. If you have pre-ordered for items that are out of stock, these will be delivered on our next nominated delivery day. For postal orders we aim to dispatch the following working day after your order was placed. 

Q: How much is delivery?

A: For the postal service the rates are set out below

  • Orders under £10.00 = £5.00 P&P
  • Orders between £10.01 - £24.99 = £2.99 P&P
  • Orders over £25.00 = FREE P&P

If you are within our Hand Delivery Service the order value has to be £8+ to get free delivery, or it will revert to the postal service at the checkout, the rates are listed above.

Q: Whats the minimum order spend?

A: Our minimum spend for Local Customers is £8.00. 

For postage orders there is no minimum spend, however a delivery fee may occur based on your order value:

  • Orders under £10.00 = £5.00 P&P
  • Orders between £10.01 - £24.99 = £2.99 P&P
  • Orders over £25.00 = FREE P&P

Q: Are you registered and do you have a Hygiene Certificate?

A: We are proud to announce we are fully registered with Wealden District Council. Our most recent inspection we were awarded with a 5 star food hygiene rating. We are also fully insured and registered with companies house. 

Q: What to do if there is a problem with my order?

A: Its very rare that you should have an issue with your order but we are only human and errors sometimes occur. If something is wrong, please contact us HERE and we will resolve the issue for you asap. Happy customers are our main priority and we will do our best to rectify any issues in a timely manner, 

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: If you have placed an order and wish to cancel please contact us as soon as possible. We are a family run business where all items are freshly made to order. Please understand that last minute cancellations put us out of pocket and as a small business effects us a lot.  We do understand that things come up that cant be helped in which case we offer all customers 2 chances to cancel last minute and any further orders will be rejected unless paid for in advance. 

Q: Do you offer refunds? 

A: We only offer refunds if there is an issue with your order. For Hygiene & Customer safety we will not accept refunds based on 'Change of Mind'. If you have an issue with your order please contact us HERE to rectify the issue.

Q: Do you have a shop? 

A: Not at the moment, but we plan to open our first store in Eastbourne in 2021!

Q: Can I Collect? 

A: Yes of course, we do ask for all customers to contact us first to arrange a collection time. We offer all customers a 10% discount for collection.
